Description: Ventolin 0.05% Inhaler Solution is a bronchodilator used to treat and prevent bronchospasm in patients with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It works by relaxing the muscles in the airways, making it easier to breathe. The inhaler solution provides quick relief from symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, and tightness in the chest.

Ingredients:

• Active Ingredient: Salbutamol (0.05% w/v)
• Other Ingredients: Benzalkonium chloride, sulfuric acid, water for injection.

Usage Instructions:

1. Use Ventolin exactly as prescribed by your physician.
2. The usual dose for adults and children over 4 years is 1-2 puffs every 4-6 hours as needed for relief of symptoms.
3. Shake the inhaler well before each use.
4. Breathe out fully, place the mouthpiece in your mouth, and close your lips around it.
5. While breathing in slowly and deeply through your mouth, press down on the inhaler to release the medication.
6. Hold your breath for about 10 seconds, then breathe out slowly.
7. If you need more than one puff, wait about 1 minute before taking the second puff.
8. Rinse your mouth with water after using the inhaler to prevent irritation and infection.
9. Do not exceed the prescribed dose.
