Co-Diovan 80/12.5 mg Tablets are a combination medication used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). The product combines two active ingredients, valsartan and hydrochlorothiazide, to provide an effective treatment for controlling blood pressure and reducing the risk of stroke and heart attack.
Ingredients:

- Valsartan 80 mg

- Inactive Ingredients: Lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, and other excipients.
Usage Instructions:
- Take one tablet daily, with or without food.
- Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
- Follow the dosage and frequency as prescribed by your healthcare provider.
- It is generally advised to take the tablet at the same time each day to help remember.
- Do not take more than the recommended dose. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule.
