Leponex (clozapine) is an atypical antipsychotic used primarily to treat treatment-resistant schizophrenia and to reduce the risk of recurrent suicidal behavior in people with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. Each tablet contains 25 mg of clozapine, which helps to manage severe symptoms of psychosis by affecting neurotransmitters in the brain.
