Description:

Tracleer is a medication used for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It works by blocking the action of endothelin, a substance in the blood that causes blood vessels to constrict. This helps to relax and widen the blood vessels, improving blood flow and reducing the workload on the heart. Tracleer tablets are specifically designed for patients with PAH to improve exercise ability and slow down the progression of the disease.

Ingredients:

• Active Ingredient: Bosentan 125 mg
• Inactive Ingredients: May include lactose monohydrate, maize starch, pregelatinized starch, glyceryl behenate, hypromellose, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate, talc, titanium dioxide, and iron oxide yellow.

Usage Instructions:

• The recommended dosage is usually 125 mg taken twice daily, morning and evening.
• Tablets should be swallowed whole with water and can be taken with or without food.
• Follow the dosage instructions provided by your healthcare provider.
• Do not adjust the dose or stop taking the medication without consulting your doctor.
