Vigamox 0.5% Eye Drops are a prescription antibiotic solution designed to treat bacterial infections of the eye. The drops help to alleviate symptoms such as redness, itching, and discharge caused by bacterial conjunctivitis. Vigamox is effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria, providing rapid relief and improving eye health.

Ingredients:

• Active Ingredient:
  • Moxifloxacin HCl 0.5%
• Other Ingredients:
  • Benzalkonium chloride (preservative), sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid (to adjust pH), water for injection.

Usage Instructions:

• Dosage: Instill 1 drop into the affected eye(s).
• Frequency: 3 times a day (every 8 hours) for up to 7 days, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
• Special Considerations:
  • Shake the bottle gently before use.
  • Avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface, including the eye, to prevent contamination.
  • If you are using other eye drops or ointments, wait at least 5 minutes between applying them.
